Steve has developed a unique wedding package that offers A seamless entertainment experience for you and your guests, featuring Steve’s live performance, top and tailed with optional disco and/ or karaoke and all hosted by a seasoned professional entertainer, Steve will help you create a unique atmosphere for your wedding.
Steve Welsh sings from an extensive repertoire. From The Drifters to One Direction, Frank Sinatra to Franki Valli, Bobby Darin to Billy Ocean and Bruno Mars to Ed Sheeran. Steve encourages all of his clients to have as much input as they wish into his performance and given the mix of songs and artists, you can be sure that the atmosphere for your wedding or event will be just how you want it.
Steve hosts the entire evening reception and If there are any numbers you would specifically like, then please mention this when you are making your enquiry. This is ideal if you want your first dance choice to be performed live or you simply have a favourite song you would performed at your function. Additionally with prices starting at just 400euros, you can save on the full price of booking a separate disco or DJ.
With A broad selection of music – from the 40’s to the current charts, everything can be tweaked to your exact requirements but your ideal wedding package could be something like this:
Afternoon Dinner Set – Steve plays some light background music as your wedding party take their dinner seats. Throughout the serving of your meal Steve will perform chilled out classics creating the right ambience ready for the speeches to take centre stage. 30 – 45 minutes
Evening Reception – 7:30pm: Steve plays some laid back tunes as your guests arrive.
8:15pm: your first dance, followed by a 45 minute live set
9:00pm: The Buffet is opened, while Steve starts the disco in earnest
10:15pm: here the bride and groom can say a few words to their evening guests, after which Steve will perform a second 45 minute set, more upbeat than the first
11:15pm: Your guests can continue enjoying the dance floor while steve plays an array of floor filling tunes. Requests are more than welcome and are easily accommodated.
12:00pm: bringing a seamless evening to a close, the pace of the music will slow, and the night will end on a high with some timeless love songs. Final 15 minutes till 12:15am
Just to emphasise – this is an example only. Your timings and music genres can be altered at any time, Steve takes a great care in delivering what each client wants. You can even add an hour of karaoke to your evening reception if you wish.
